Glock® pistols are used by individuals and agencies all over the world due to their reliable performance under pressure and in difficult conditions. The Brownells RMR Slide for Glock®19® Gen4 further improves the shooter's ability to operate the slide and aim accurately under those conditions. It features distinctive, wraparound front cocking serrations that aid in manipulating the slide to check the chamber or clear a jam. And we'll be honest: the serrations just look cool, too! The RMR Slide for Glock®19® Gen4 has a built-in mount for the popular Trijicon RMR red dot sight and certain Holosun sights (see list below), enabling shooters to get on-target faster and more easily than they can with standard pistol sights. But don't worry - it includes factory front and rear sight cuts for backup "iron" sights. (With an RMR installed, you will need to install suppressor-height iron sights for proper co-witnessing.) You can get your RMR Slide with a "window" cutout on top between the front serrations (so they don't wrap on this one) that enhances airflow to keep the barrel cooler - ideal for hard-working action competition pistols. Plus, if you have an upgraded barrel with a contrasting finish or fluting, spirals, "flames," or another unique exterior pattern, the window helps your gun stand out from the sea of matte black on the firing line.

Each RMR Slide for Gen4 Glock® 19 starts life as a billet of 17-4 stainless steel that is machined to Glock® factory specifications inside, so it’ll fit factory frames and accept factory or aftermarket barrels and Gen4 internal parts. The tough, non-reflective, Black Nitride finish resists surface scuffs and scratches. An RMR slide is an excellent upgrade for transforming your Glock® 19 from an excellent off-the-shelf pistol into to the best handgun you've ever shot! Best slide for the money.

For the money best slide out there.I which Brownells would make similar slide for the Venom cut.Most slide on the market are made for the RMR cut.But for competition that's a limitation for using other Red Dots.I'm very please with this purchase.

Exceptional Value

To the point...This is an deep RMR cut slide for a G19 that doesn't break the bank.Sure, you'll also need the internal parts kit which can go for $60-$80, but they're easier to install than you realize.The deep optic cut is excellent when you want the optic to sit in-line with the iron sights and clear any holster retention system you might have.This slide is now on my duty pistol.

Best Aftermarket Glock 19 RMR Slide

Awesome slide.Fit and function is flawless, as everything works and installs just like an OEM slide.The optic cut is deep and holds the RMR very secure.The nitride finish is excellent and the machining is very well done.Looks great with a Gen 5 barrel.Reliability is standard just like any other well made slide.Installing the channel liner was very easy with the Brownells Nylon Front-Sight Drift Punches, since they are a perfect fit, cheap, and soft on the plastic liner.With a Trijicon Typ...Read more

It could but you would not be able to use your internals. The 19x is an oddball with what parts can work as it is really more of a Gen 4.5 not a Gen 4 or 5
