It is well built. The strobe light and regular flashlight are disorienting. Depending on how this functions over time I give it a solid rating.
*Update* After using it on my home defense shotgun for 2 months it began malfunctioning. I didn't bump it against anything but I did fire 25 high velocity rounds through it at targets in the yard. It remained indoors attached to my gun, and frankly has led a rather pampered life here. It began not turning on and I began having to bump it or adjust the tension of the battery cap to get it to turn on. SINCE I don't see this type of problem in the comments I'm led to believe that I got a random dud unit which happens. THEY REACHED OUT TO ME AND REPLACED IT THE DAY AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT! OZARK IS AWESOME!
