It's my fourth because it's by far the most reasonable screw driver I have. I hate the ones with a hundred tiny bits that get lost or don't stay in right. The truth is that 95% of the time I'm using a Phillips or flat head, and this gives you two options of each. The bit and shaft is tough and bigger so it won't get lost. And, in a pinch, you've got a nut driver.
The handle is really comfortable.
I put one of these in each of my cars, in my tool bag, and in my garage. I have two sets of screw drivers, but I find myself grabbing this one instinctively because it's right on so many levels.

I had an earlier version of this very tool for probably 15-20 years. It’s been in my kitchen junk drawer, was my go to tool, and I thought I’d never part with it. I ordered this new one for my daughter but when it arrived I realized the handle was a little bigger. She has smaller hands than I do, so I kissed my old workhorse goodbye, gave it to my daughter to use in her new home, and I’m keeping the new one! I’ll let you know in 20 years if it’s worked out for me. (So far, so good.)
